How to Buy
Our online shop makes it easy for you to search the image gallery and select each image. You can even select from a choice of prints or a digital file.
All images purchased come CROPPED, COLOUR CORRECTED and LIGHTENED/ DARKENED where necessary, unless otherwise requested at time of purchase.
1. To start shopping or viewing the image bank, click on the Photo Gallery page. Click the link on the page to enter the Xenon Gallery.
2. From here, select your event, and where relevant, the day. i.e. for a 3 day event galleries will be divided into Day 1 (or Friday), etc. Then choose the sub gallery based on the first number of your number plate i.e. all numbers starting with a 6 will be sorted into a separate gallery. This includes plates with a letter e.g. W6, A6 etc.
3. Click on an image to view a larger version, and to view the options for purchase. Update the quantity of that picture and add to your cart. This will open our payment processor PayPal in a new window. You may either proceed with the transaction or choose the ‘continue shopping’ button which will close the page and take you back to the Xenon Gallery (saving your shopping cart).

4. When you have completed your shopping, click the ‘proceed to checkout’ button and enter your delivery details. Only at this stage will you be required to enter your card details, giving you the confidence that your card details are always covered by the latest security measures.

5. Delivery is by Australia Post for prints and via email for digital files. If you require digital files to be mailed to you on a CD please contact us directly at info@xenonphoto.com.au At present we only deliver within the Australia. See our main Terms & Conditions for full details of delivery and returns.
Don’t forget – we are adding new galleries all the time, both recent events and hopefully in the near future some retrospective ones too so keep checking the website for the latest pics.
High Quality
Please note that for the purposes of download speed we only show images on this site at very low resolutions. This is not representative of the prints, which are printed at a minimum of 240dpi (dots per inch) for prints. All prints are on professional paper.
*Note: If you are buying 5 or more of anything e.g. different sizes and/or images email us direct and we will work out a discount price. To speed up the process include in your email what it is you want i.e. the file name from each image and the type of product e.g.digital, 6×4, 8×12 etc.
This applies to 5 of anything – mix and match.
Also, if you bought prints or ordered digital files at the event and are planning on purchasing more from the gallery email us rather than purchasing through the gallery and we will honour the ‘States Weekend Special’ price of $15 each or 3x for $30. We will require proof of original purchase i.e. the 4 letter followed by 1 number combination off the back of one or two of your prints will do e.g. ABCD 5*
