By entering and purchasing images from the Xenon Gallery you are agreeing you have read our Terms & Conditions and that you agree to the following Conditions of Sale:-
I, the purchaser, hereby warrant that the photograph(s) and/or image(s) purchases herein by me, will be used by me only, solely for personal home use unless I choose to purchase the Commercial License for it/them. I further warrant that I will not use it/them for any commercial purpose whatsoever for gain reward or otherwise, nor will I allow any other person or entity to use it/them for any commercial purpose whatsoever for gain reward or otherwise unless I choose to purchase the Commercial License for it/them. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xenon Photography from any claims whatsoever by any third party arising out of the use, for any purpose by any party, of the photograph(s) and/or images, referred to herein, arising from claims for breach of copyright or otherwise.
I understand that Xenon Photography will keep and securely archive my completed order to refer to in the event of a copyright breach.
